EkJhola Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to EkJhola ("we", "us", or "EkJhola"), an online marketplace dedicated to promoting products made exclusively in Nepal, including clothing, furniture, handicrafts, fresh produce, and more. By accessing or using www.ekjhola.com (the "Site"), including its sub-domains, mobile app, services, and tools, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (the "User Agreement"). This electronic record requires no physical/digital signature and becomes effective upon your use of the Site. If you disagree, refrain from using the Site.

EkJhola reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE

A. Account Registration & Security

You must be at least 16 years old to register. Users under 16 require parental supervision.

Provide accurate information during registration. Maintain account confidentiality and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

EkJhola may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activity.

B. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using EkJhola, you consent to data practices outlined therein.

C. Platform for Communication

EkJhola acts as a facilitator between buyers and Nepalese vendors. Transactions are strictly bipartite contracts between you and sellers. Payment processing occurs via third-party gateways, and EkJhola is not liable for payment disputes.

D. License to Access

A revocable, non-exclusive license is granted for personal, non-commercial use.

Commercial reselling, data mining, or unauthorized use of content (e.g., logos, product descriptions) is prohibited.

E. User Responsibilities

Do not engage in fraud, impersonation, or misuse of the Site.

Prohibited activities include posting illegal/offensive content, spamming, or disrupting Site operations.

F. Product Listings & Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, descriptions, and inventory. EkJhola does not manufacture or endorse products.

Prices and availability are subject to change. Orders may be canceled for stock issues or pricing errors.

3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

A. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon payment completion. Accepted methods: Debit/Credit Cards, Mobile Wallets.

EkJhola reserves the right to cancel suspicious/fraudulent orders.

B. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by location and product type. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, logistics) are not our liability.

C. Returns & Refunds

Refer to our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or misrepresented.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by EkJhola or its vendors and protected under Nepalese copyright/trademark laws.

Unauthorized use of trademarks (e.g., "EkJhola") or content replication is strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EkJhola is not liable for:

Product defects, dissatisfaction, or vendor misconduct.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits).

Delays/cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).

6. TERMINATION

EkJhola may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms. Users may discontinue Site use at any time.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

For disputes with vendors, EkJhola may mediate but holds no legal obligation.
