Cancellation Policy

At EkJhola, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience while ensuring timely order processing. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

✅ Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
✅ After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product (refer to our Return Policy).

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
3️⃣ If eligible, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

❌ Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
❌ Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once processing has started.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

✔️ If canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
✔️ If the order has been processed for shipping, a cancellation may not be possible.
